We are Hiring Sales Executive - HORECA Company: Gulf International LLC - A leading FMCG Sales & Distribution Company Requirements: > 3-5 years of proven HORECA sales experience within the UAE market. > Valid UAE manual driving license. > Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. > Strong experience in identifying, developing, and closing new HORECA accounts (hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies). > Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of securing long-term business partnerships. > Ability to manage product visibility, availability, and merchandising at customer locations. > Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. > Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a competitive market environment. Job Description: > Develop and grow the HORECA customer base by acquiring new accounts and increasing business with existing clients. > Promote product portfolio to chefs, purchasing managers, and decision-makers, highlighting product benefits and competitive advantages. > Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by executing effective sales strategies and market penetration plans. > Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity, price trends, and customer behavior. > Ensure product penetration across key HORECA channels. > Ensure timely order placement, coordination with logistics teams, and follow-up on delivery schedules and timely collection of payments as per company policy. > Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and market insights.
