The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in IT sales or sales coordination and must be able to handle customers and dealers professionally. Product Portfolio • IT Hardware: Laptops, PCs, Printers, Workstations, Servers, UPS, Accessories • Software: Adobe, Autodesk, Chaos and related solutions Key Skills • Strong customer relationship management skills • Ability to handle high-profile dealers and customers • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Active learner with multitasking ability • Strong organizational and coordination skills Primary Responsibilities • Preparing quotations and handling order processing • End-to-end sales coordination and delivery follow-ups • Vendor coordination and procurement activities • Maintaining sales records and documentation • Handling customer enquiries and timely follow-ups • Providing after-sales support and maintaining customer relationships • Managing high volumes of customer interactions professionally
